This summer, The Ivy Buchanan Street is bringing a touch of the jungle to Glasgow’s Style Mile, with the help of our local florists, Wild Flower, we have transformed the brasserie’s entrance into a rainforest paradise, offering the perfect photo moment for guests to share with family and friends. Along with the beautiful outdoors, our talented bar team has created a delicious, limited-edition cocktail menu from Monday, 24 August until Friday, 2 October.

Tropical cocktails include Flamingo A-go-go which uses a tropical pineapple mix, pineapple juice, lime juice and Grenadine and is served in a playful flamingo glass; Koko Rumtini with Appleton, Koko Kanu, Coco Real and topped with cold brew coffee; Caribbean Cooler which features Sky Passionfruit, Blue Curacoa, lemon juice and finished with Fever Tree soda; Tiki Negroni with Appleton, Campari and Rubino; Passionate Spritz which uses Aperol, Skyy Passionfruit vodka, topped with Prosecco; and a classic Aperol Spritz  featuring Aperol, Fever-Tree Soda and Prosecco.
